Roger Miller
Fundraiser first, Salesforce consultant second. More than 15 years helping nonprofits, schools and foundations turn Salesforce into a system their teams rely on.
Roger Miller helps mission-driven organizations get real value from Salesforce. He has led more than 45 Salesforce projects for nonprofits, foundations and education programs, with budgets from $20,000 to $550,000.
He founded Alpenglow Consulting in 2010 and went on to deliver Salesforce at national partners including Cloud for Good and Coastal Cloud. He served as Director of Salesforce Development at Honors Pathway, a college access organization, and as a solution architect at Presence Product Group. Most recently he built a nonprofit Salesforce consulting practice at a national nonprofit consultancy.
His approach comes from nearly 20 years inside nonprofits before consulting. He has written more than 300 grant proposals, asked for major gifts face to face, run membership programs and led teams at organizations with budgets from $180,000 to more than $12 million. Along the way he moved organizations from FileMaker, Raiser's Edge and spreadsheets into better systems, because the data was always where the work got stuck.
